Park School Chocolate Fun

The children at Park School performed the play of ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ last week with enormous success and fun! They wrote their own script and made all their props-including giant sweets with real sweets on them! The children were taught by their art teacher, Martin Corbin (who is a professional puppeteer) how to use rod puppets and shadow puppets to create some magical effects. ‘The show was a real celebration of play and storytelling. It showed how creative children can be when their imaginations are allowed to have the time be free,’ said Amanda Bellamy, Teacher in charge.
